Dr. Michelle Sanor is a leader in cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience. Since earning her degree from the Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2005, she has built a highly successful cosmetic practice in Oklahoma City.

With advanced training in facial anatomy and years of hands-on experience, Dr. Sanor has developed a results-driven approach to neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, PDO threads, and skin rejuvenation treatments—focusing on natural, long-lasting outcomes.

Having trained and collaborated with providers long before aesthetic education became widely accessible, she brings a depth of knowledge that goes beyond textbook learning. She has spent years refining techniques and mentoring others in real clinical settings.

Dr. Sanor is now dedicated to raising the standard of aesthetic education. She believes providers deserve more than a certificate—they deserve the confidence and support to succeed. Her training programs are designed to ensure students leave ready to treat patients immediately, with continued mentorship as they build their practice.

Rachel Kirk, RDH

Rachel has been a practicing dental hygienist since 2018 and expanded her scope into aesthetic injectables in 2023. After initially completing a neuromodulator and filler course that left her feeling underprepared, she sought advanced, hands-on training through Dr. Michelle Sanor at Elite Smiles Educational Institute.

She has since completed Elite Smiles’ comprehensive injector training as well as advanced facial balancing coursework. Rachel is passionate about helping fellow hygienists and dentists gain the confidence, skill, and clinical understanding she once searched for herself.

Beyond clinical education, she enjoys mentoring injectors in building their personal brands and strengthening their social media presence. Rachel believes in collaboration over competition and is dedicated to supporting others in this industry by building one another up. Her goal as a trainer is to provide thorough, supportive education that truly prepares providers to inject safely, confidently, and successfully.

Courtney Risley, RDH BS

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The University of Oklahoma in 2005 and has spent more than 21 years in private dental practice, developing a deep understanding of facial anatomy, muscle dynamics, and patient care. Her extensive clinical background provides a strong anatomical and safety-focused foundation for aesthetic education.

In March 2024, Courtney expanded her scope into aesthetic injectables and has since pursued advanced training alongside Dr. Sanor, focusing on refined injection techniques, facial balancing, and complication prevention. She completed advanced training for medial and lateral cheek filler in February 2025 along with advanced tear trough technique training in August 2025.

At Elite Learning Institute, Courtney is passionate about mentoring providers with an emphasis on safety, precision, and natural-looking outcomes. She brings a detail-oriented, anatomy-driven approach to her trainings, helping students understand not just how to inject, but why technique, depth, product choice, and assessment matter.

Her philosophy is rooted in restraint and respect for the face. She believes that a great injectable is undetectable — and that aesthetics is not about changing faces, but honoring them. By teaching providers to recognize natural beauty and age-related changes, she empowers them to enhance results with integrity and confidence.
